Amex Offers is a program that saves you money or earns you points on shopping, dining and more. You can choose offers from brands you love and get discounts in the form of statement credits on your account or as extra points added to your Membership Rewards® account.
Amex Offers is available on your americanexpress.com account, within the American Express App for iPhone, and by connecting your Card to Facebook or Twitter. Simply select the offers you want to add to your Card, then use your Card to pay and see the savings or points add up on your statement. It’s easy and free for our Card Members.
Not Eligible: American Express Corporate Cards, American Express® Gift Cards and Prepaid Cards, excluding registered American Express Serve® and Bluebird® Cards, are not eligible to participate. Please see Program Terms & Conditions for more information.

If you have an American Express Card issued by American Express, you can:
If you have an American Express Card issued by a third-party financial institution (if this is the case, it will be indicated on the back of your Card) or a registered American Express Serve® or Bluebird® Card, you can:
If you manage multiple Cards on your americanexpress.com account, only one of the eligible Cards will be able to take advantage of an offer. If your eligible Cards have separate americanexpress.com accounts (unique IDs and passwords), they will each be able to access available offers. You can only add an Amex Offer to an eligible American Express Card once.
If you are accessing offers through participating social channels, you can only connect one eligible American Express Card per unique Facebook or Twitter account.
If you have a U.S. Card issued by American Express, you can chat with us. Go to americanexpress.com/chatnow and log in to your American Express online account using your americanexpress.com User ID and Password. At your account home page, click on the “?” icon in the upper right hand corner and then click on “Start Live Chat’ to chat live with a Customer Care Professional.
If you have a Card issued by a licensed third-party financial institution or a registered American Express Serve® Card or Bluebird® Card, please call the number on the back of your Card to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
There are several different ways you can find and add Amex Offers to your Card.

Please note: In order to redeem the offer, you must make your purchase using the same Card on which you saved the offer. Although you need to add most offers to your Card, there are some offers that may require you to use a promo code at checkout or to follow a link to a merchant’s website for redemption.
Please note that hotels, car rental companies, and cruise lines do not accept prepaid cards for charges authorized in advance, even if those cards may be used to settle the final bill. Please check to make sure prepaid cards are accepted before attempting to use your prepaid card to take advantage of offers for these merchants.
If your Card was issued by American Express: We will automatically update your replacement Card with your information, including your offers. Any Amex Offers that you added to your Card that are still available and have not been redeemed will be automatically transferred to your replacement Card.
If your Card was issued by a third-party financial institution: Please disconnect your old Card and then connect your replacement Card to your Facebook or Twitter account. If you aren’t sure if your Card was issued by a third-party bank or if you have additional questions please call the number on the back of your Card.

If you make a purchase and return the merchandise, we reserve the right to reverse the statement credit or points. If the statement credit or points have been reversed and the offer has not expired, you can still take advantage of the offer if you make another qualifying purchase and meet the offer terms.
